If you care about your teeth and are looking for long term solutions, this is the team for you. This is from a person who has had a long history of tooth issues with many dentists. Unlike other providers who only do enough to keep you coming, the great team at Sinai Dental goes all the way to take care of your current and future dental needs.

Hands down Dr.Mathew is the best dentist and has the best team too. so caring , professional, attentive , kind ..let's just say they love and know what they are doing . I came back to Uganda to have all four of my wisdom teeth extracted and two molars filled which molars had been messed up by another dentist and kept on giving me issues .Dr.Mathew and his team were so patient with me throughout the whole procedure and kept on checking to make sure I was okay and had no pain, even through the healing process they called everyday to see how I was doing and scheduled follow ups. I can say that that has been the best dental experience I have ever had and I sure will get on that plane again to just come and have him work on my teeth again. Higly recommend for both adults and children , you will not regret it, absolutely amazing team .

Even with loss of teeth, you can smile:
Conditions that damage your smile, such as tooth loss and gum disease, will adversely affect systems throughout your body. In fact, the more teeth a person is missing, the more likely they are to have additional health issues.
There are however a number of options. According to Dr Ashar Cheptoris, a dentist at Sinai Dental Clinic in Kamwokya, dental bridges are made up of one or several porcelain teeth attached to the neighbouring teeth.
They come in different types and their names depend on the method of attachment that binds them to the neighbouring teeth.

Places germs thrive in your home:
Cheptoris Ashar, a dentist at Sinai Dental Practice in Kamwokya advises that just like your dentist recommends changing your toothbrush after every three months, it is equally healthy to clean the toothbrush holder.
“When you don’t change your toothbrush after three months, they do not only begin to attract germs but the holder where they are kept also begins to store germs,” Ashar explains, adding that cleaning your toothbrush holder should be a daily routine, just like brushing your teeth.
Tips: Clean the kitchen before the bathroom. The sink and shower should be cleaned before the toilet. Separate cleaning cloths for the kitchen, bathroom, the toilet and the bath/sink.

Government decries shortage of dentists:
According to Dr Charles Olaro, the director general of General Health Services at the Ministry of Health, the currently available 416 dental specialists in the country is like a drop in the ocean.
Dr Mathew Rubona, the president of the Uganda Dental Association (UDA), asked government to establish more training facilities across the country and also improve the existing ones."
